What challenge were you trying to address with Starting Point (SP-Apps)?

We needed to develop a fully functional prototype of an electronic patient records system that contained a user-friendly and interactive dental chart.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Starting Point (SP-Apps) developed a fully functional MVP using Flutter. The product had excellent design and performance on different platforms. The team also created patient registration, appointments, medical and dental history forms, extraoral exam, intraoral exam, dental chart, and perio chart features.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Starting Point (SP-Apps) delivered a trial version of the product, which we onboarded to our first client. This was crucial for the success of the project and our company. The trial contract has evolved into a paid one. We only have verbal feedback, which has been positive.

How did Starting Point (SP-Apps) perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Starting Point (SP-Apps) had the ability to solve complex problems without compromising performance. We also had a friendly business relationship environment.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have maintained a constant speed during all the design and implementation phases. This could be related to the small team and the number of projects they were involved in.
