I am MD at Tekxan Pharma. We have 80+ pharmaceutical product range.

We hired StackDot for the our company website design & development, brochure design, and social media marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We seen very good track record of the StackDot and the owner of the company is very good.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First they start with the competitor analysis, after that UI/UX design, design review, product photography, content, development and testing. After the successful testing we launched the website.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their CEO was our main point of contact and along with the CEO there were the UI/YX designer, Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Developer, and QA.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Due to our website now our customer can reach out to us easily. Also now if someone search our product then customer also can understand what is the use of the product and all the details. Now our digital presence is super increased and because of that we start getting inbound leads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was perfect. We generally talk over the phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate that they visited our facility so they got real experience of our industry. Also another main thing is we were directly discussing with the CEO so there was no communication gap.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We wish they develop any software related to pharma industry which we can use for our internal use. It was not in their scope but it’s just suggestions.
