We have previously used them to update our website from one template to another, including adding unique features and implentation of the whole package. In order to keep ahead and to meet cost saving goals we continuously rely on them to help us make changes to our site as they have advanced knowledge of the shopify platform and can perform these tasks in a timely manner. In the latest job I requested them place 2 banners that provide our customers with our trustpilot reviews and link them up. This was done in under 24 hours, a UK based service team would have taken longer and would have cost considerably more and we are thankful for their excellent work.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SrashtaSoft easily understood the task at hand without needing to go back and forth wasting my time, implementation and quick turnaround. It is a requirement that they cannot read my mind so I give as much detail as I can show what I want and in turn they take these instructions do exactly what I say. Some people could get quite confused by my way of structuring my requests but that doesn't happen with Srashtasoft.

The project entailed the development of an educational mobile app with a unique and interactive feature, enabling users to initiate calls with one another. This educational mobile app aims to provide a dynamic and engaging learning experience, breaking away from traditional educational methods. By integrating a calling feature, it fostered real-time communication and collaboration among users. This innovation allowed learners to connect, discuss topics, share knowledge, and seek help from peers, thus creating a vibrant and interactive educational community within the app. 
The addition of this feature not only transformed the app into a powerful tool for knowledge exchange but also promoted social learning, enhancing the overall educational experience for its users. It represented a departure from one-way content consumption, fostering a dynamic ecosystem where users actively contributed to each other's learning journeys through meaningful conversations, making the app a versatile and effective learning platform.

Our communication throughout the project was frequent and well-structured, emphasizing transparency and progress tracking. We effectively utilized Jira, a project management tool, to monitor and manage various aspects of the project. It was a true partnership in every sense, as the project team and ourselves collaborated closely. What stood out was their agility and responsiveness to changing circumstances. 
When unexpected challenges arose, they didn't just react; they proactively offered innovative solutions that helped address emerging issues and maintain project momentum. This level of adaptability and their ability to think outside the box made them a valuable partner in achieving project success. Their proactive problem-solving approach demonstrated a commitment to delivering a high-quality product and ensuring our satisfaction.
