Our company provides the courier service from leading providers, We needed to Automate the Process of Booking to fetch the most affordable rates and fast delivery from Multiple Vendors.

We needed to implement Multiple vendor's API, and needed to Automate the Booking journey of our vendor partners. We met the Co-Founders and gave a brief about our requirement. After a day we got detailed requirement document from the team, After Approval Process they kick Start the work.

Our platform was created at 2019 and we needed to support & maintenance our platform(Android, iOS, Admin panel) We hired this team to upgrade our platform's UX/UI and all of details. By doing this, this team upgraded GEO fence map details, helmet IOT integration, e-scooters' 4G/LTE data ping controller, and ect.

We searched online for platform developers from all over the world. We contacted 4 or 5 vendors and selected this vendor based on their portfolio, cost estimates, and communication skills.

We had kick-off meeting to discuss our goals. From there, the team suggested several ways to achieve our goals. It was great. We shared the project's process in real-time based by using co-working sites. They updated our data base, android and iOS, and Admin panel. (Mongo DB, Kotlin, Swift, React.js Framework, Node.js)

The CTO was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 fullstack deleopers working behinde the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After let them support & maintenance our platform, we decreased almost of bugs & errors that we had before. Especially, super fast feedback and communication was so great. They always think & do on the customers' side.

We had daily communicate with their CTO, who communicate with the rest of the team. And we also saw and manage the project from the online management tool.

They have a lot of strengths. They have great technology skills, kindness communication, reasonable cost, etc. And the most one is they have powerful sense of responsibility.

Well, I don't have any.
