BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm product manager, London-based museum, responsible for providing communication assets such as cooperation with artists during the preparation of exhibitions and whole customer journey processes.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Squares?

Our goal was to create mobile and tablet app for increasing the user experience of visitors during new exhibitions.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We had experience in similar projects, so we basically were looking for a company that meets our visual expectations. We found two agencies and Squares had a better execution time for our stricter deadline.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

In the beginning, they organized a Kick-off meeting when we discussed our goals and expectation. After two weeks, we met to do a workshop and discuss the first drafts of our ideas. Next, they prepared a clickable prototype and after acceptation, we got a final design of all requested views.

They delivered materials that met our expectations 100%. After handing them over to the development company, we did not receive any major comments. Everything was fine
