I have worked with Square 205 for many years.  Way back when, I needed to transfer a website I'd been maintaining with FrontPage (I know . . . OLD SCHOOL!) to Wordpress, and I didn't have the first clue what to do.  They created the developmental site for me, gave me a quick Wordpress 101 class, and were incredibly patient as we got the domain name moved from the old host to new host services provided through Square 205.  Along the way, they have always been promptly at my service to troubleshoot and remedy any issues that arose.  I highly recommend them to anyone needing web design or hosting services!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because of Square 205, my association website has successfully met and exceeded the needs of our membership during our entire relationship with the company.  Square 205 personnel are very intelligent, cutting-edge professionals that promptly respond to requests for service, and they ensure their customers are satisfied.  

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Square 205 personnel work collaboratively to solve problems and create solutions for their clients.  I have always had at least 2 Square 205 staffers available to me when I've needed to create new solutions or troubleshoot issues.  And when reaching out to the company personnel, I've always had a response within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Square 205 personnel are very bright, educated, and technologically savvy.  They work collaboratively with one another as a team, which creates overall efficiency as well as a dynamic approach to fulfilling customer needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Square 205 could have done differently?

I can not identify any areas where Square 205 needs to improve.  They have been on-point throughout my relationship with them and have always fulfilled my needs.
