We are in position 1 and position 3 on Google for the phrase "cheap tv" - we are competing with giants like Currys, AO, Argos, John Lewis etc and are ranking above them. Couldn't be happier with this result.

We are the UK's largest gas spring manufacturer, we have international coverage and supply various product ranges in line with the Tooling and the Motion Control industry. I am the creative lead and marketing manager, I am responsible for our website presence and our printed material.

We were investing a lot of time and effort in to our website including software upgrades and staff, but we weren't seeing any return on our efforts.

SQ were recommended to us after we decided we were unhappy with our current provider. We compared a lot of SQ's services and costs and decided they represented value for money.

SQ audited our current PPC and SEO status (current at the time), they then prepared a report and we had an initial meeting to discuss their findings and projected costs. A plan was agreed and they set to work on an in-depth analysis of our company, our audience and our competitors. Once our company profile had been completed and we were confident SQ understood our requirements, a 6 month road map was set out, including website enhancements, onsite content updates and blogs.

We are now ranking highly for various popular key terms and our organic revenue has shot up. Our PPC campaign brings in the most amount of revenue which is better than its ever been in the history of our web presence. Last month (May 2022) was our best month on record.

SQ are hands on and pro-active, they work with you as if they were an internal department of your company. All statistics are explained and laid out in monthly reports. Meetings and calls are always accepted (and encouraged). They supply continuous website enhancements and onsite content updates. They monitor and maintain our key term ranking and issue amendments in various forms where necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From a company perspective the most impressive part of working with SQ is that they actually deliver, they seem to know what they are talking about and this is proven month in month out. From a personal point of view after working closely with Vilayte and his team, for me it has to be the continuous and consistent support. They have never let us down and the structure of support him and his team provide suggests that they never will.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Broadly speaking we couldn't ask for more, as mentioned they deliver everything they have promised and more. As a manufacturer though we operate in a very technical industry and at times copywriting for our blogs hasn't quite hit the mark when approaching the more detailed aspects of our products. That said, we could also be more available for discussion when such blogs are being prepared.

We gave SQ Digital the brief to create a website for the Sophie Lancaster Foundation. They contacted us to get to know the business and our goals, and we then discussed how the site would look and function. Throughout the website product, the team would communicate with us regularly, and we supplied the content to be used on the site. In addition, the team showed us visuals needing approval and provided 1 to 1 training sessions to get to know the management system used to build the site and update this when required.

We initially worked with Tony to communicate our goals and a brief for the website; this was then thoroughly communicated to Richard, who helped guide us through the design and development of the site. In addition to Richard, we were in regular contact with James too.

The website is now live, and the project is completed. I'm pleased with the outcome of the site, SQ even provided us with some 1 to 1 training and I feel comfortable making adjustments to the site as needed moving forward.

The workflow worked well, we were in contact often, and everything seemed to be completed in a timely manner. Everything SQ needed from me, they highlighted, and we worked together to get the project completed.

Their knowledge and personal touch. As we worked through the project, we never felt like we were just another number to them, and they truly cared about our results. They communicated with us so well. They were all so knowledgeable but spoke to us in a way that we would understand.

SQ were also fundamental in liaising with third party web developers to ensure that the SEO transfer from our old site to new took place effectively.

The ongoing project was to assess and improve the online presence of The Piano Studio through digital marketing. Traffic from both organic and paid sources has increased dramatically to my site. I have also seen a significant increase in the number of enquiries I am receiving through my website.

We were first established as a hair salon in Lancashire back in 1972, but after successfully selling products to customers from within the salon for over 30 years, in 2007 I decided to branch out digitally and start an online haircare store, The website has a vast selection of high-quality hair care products and hair electricals from big brands, including Alfaparf, BaByliss, Hot Tools, Olpalex, and St. Tropez.

Until working with SQ, marketing for Merritts for Hair was being handled in-house, with our PPC and SEO delivered by two separate companies. It was often unfortunately sporadic and inconsistent - primarily due to time restrictions and communication.
