Our Story
SpiraLink was founded on a simple observation: call centers were being sold voice AI platforms, then left alone to make them work. Most never got past the pilot stage.
We started SpiraLink to end that. Instead of selling another tool, we became the team that builds, hosts, and runs voice AI for our clients on our own European infrastructure. No lock-in, full data control, and a partner who stays until it actually works in production.
We are a focused team based at Wintercircus in Ghent.
