I have a website that was created over few years back. I wanted to modify my website. That was my primary goal.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found them through their website..I had a conversation with them. My requirements were clear to them and they advised me with you proper and specific solutions.

The basic scope was to fixed the layout, the structure, some data entry and so on. They have used word press as a content management system and also have used elementor too.

There were two people - one developer and one account manager.

I got a better engagement of audiences.

They have done exactly as what they said before. They have always kept communicating to provide the updates step by step.The project was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a great communication skill. They always delivered on time with fruitful results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have done exactly what I wanted.So I don't think there needs any improvement as of now.
