I’m the director of business development for C1Secure, a cybersecurity and compliance consulting firm. We use ServiceNow and AI to automate risk management, streamline regulatory operations, and accelerate compliance for organizations.

We wanted to build an AI sales assistant that could find leads, answer questions about our services, and set up meetings all by itself without needing any help from people.

What was the scope of their involvement?
SpectrFuture Technology made a special AI chat agent that worked with our website, customer management system, and calendar. This allowed the assistant to figure out who was visiting our website, suggest products or services that might be a fit, get the details of what people needed, and automatically set up a meeting with one of our salespeople. The team also provided ongoing support for the AI assistant.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
After we started using the assistant, we saw that 35% more website visitors became actual leads. Our sales team spent a lot of time checking out new inquiries. The assistant also helped set up meetings over time. From January–February 2026, it scheduled 25+ meetings and saved our team almost 35% of their time.

Talking to each other was a part of the project. When we asked for features, the team was happy to make changes and still got everything done on time. We mainly communicated through virtual meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
What really impressed us was the team's knowledge of AI and how they customized the solution just for us instead of using a standard chatbot.
