BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Property Management & Sales Specialists Pure Real Estate was established in 2010 by Director, Russell, whose passion, interest and industry experience inspired him to open his own agency that was predominantly focused on property management. With a significant amount of owners approaching us to sell their investment property, we opened our Pure Sales division to ensure we could offer the complete real estate experience. My position is as CEO here.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Sparkle Infotech, and what were your goals?

I needed to build website from scratch so I hired Sparkle infotech to build this website for my business. The goal was to provide platform to all brokers to search for properties which are available for rent or sell.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We post job on Upwork and from there we got lot of applicates. After few round of interviews, only successful company was Sparkle one so I hired them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope was to build site from scratch. I hade only design of few pages and logo in Photoshop file. So based on this details, Sparkle started development using Wordpress CMS.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 persons. One was project manager who do daily update discussion on scrum call, one was developer and another one was web designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I got lot of inquiries from website itself. Initially all were manual but now getting many contacts.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We used Agile methodology to build this site. Once initial pages are done, we do daily scrum meetings and discuss daily tasks and keep implementing things in site.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their perfection, communication, and work quality were perfect

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Need to do more focus on load testing and security of website.
