We shipped our products to them and provided them with key language, logos, slogans we often use along with providing them with specific language and explained things we didn't want to see. They provided 1 shoot location, 1 main actor, 1 voice over artist, music track, they offered supplemental footage, they provided overlays for the video and a Branded End Card for the video.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Constant updates via email about where along the line they were on the project and expected dates. We finally saw a rough draft of the video asking for edits or changes which let us know they listened to our feedback.

They were on time with everything and were very quick to respond to our needs via email. They were really good at answering our questions and asking us what we wanted to see as well.

I was impressed by their quickness to respond to our needs. There were often times when we would suggest an edit or ask a questions and they would responde within a couple hours. There was even a time where someone was being replaced on the team that was assigned to our project which goes to show they don't try to hide anything.

The campaign needed to communicate Casa Colina’s dedication to quality patient care and state-of-the-art treatment while emphasizing positive patient outcomes.

We interviewed severals companies for the video production. Sparkhouse was chosen based on experience and chemistry between our two teams.

Sparkhouse team asked for some documentation in regards to our brand, style and what we were looking for in this video. We collaboratively worked on a story outlined and casting needs. The sparkhouse team provided a timeline that was adhered to the entire time and was walling and able to make necessary changes we requested along the way. They casted, filmed and edited a :15 video for us that we are not able to use on Amazon STV.

We worked with a campaign and creative manager from amazon, an account manager from Sparkhouse, our YumEarth marketing team, and our Sr Media Manager at Advantage to get the campaign executed

We started with developing a script, creating a storyboard and A/V board. From there we finalized which assets to use for the video. Selecting actors appropriate for the spot and finished off with post production.
