While I don't have quantitative metrics, I can say that I'm thrilled with the website and have had many positive reviews about it from clients.

The Sorethumb team was tasked with developing a webpage for the practice. It needed to have sections for written content, FAQ's, booking information, and treatment philosophy. It also needed to be a simple landing page for patients to confidently select us as their conservative care destination. 

1. Timely production of a web page
2. Simplicity in design, imagery, and copy 
3. Create a landing area on the page for health care blogs
4. Education on improving SEO

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Timely turnaround of the website. Rate at which edits were implemented. Once final decisions were made, the time it took to secure the domain and get the page up and active.

Certainly blew me out of the water with the support, the outlining of my own responsibilities, assisting me in visualizing a brand, and the potential consequences of my edits i.e - delay in website launch or overcomplicating the copy. They were incredible during the whole process, willing to listen to my needs and execute them promptly. Everything was actually done much faster than I had anticipated - I was very comfortable letting the Sorethumb team work their magic and get everything launched.

Hannah and the team listen and execute. When final decisions were made the team was quick to get things moving. I entered the process with no knowledge of what the product should look like, Hannah took the time to paint a picture of the process and the value of each component. The team is also lovely to work with, very professional and kind. Not to mention, I was very impressed with how my webpage turned out - way above my expectations.

SoreThumb has been a partner for us in our digital marketing and material/content creation plan. They have created content for our social channels, targetting the right demogrpahic for our product market and optimizing our ads.

They have also shot interview videos with patients and physicians and edited and produced for use on our website and socials.

SoreThumb has been proficient in creating marketing and sales materials for us, with quick turn around and a keen eye for design and details. We always feel assured that they will turn around strong work quickly whenever we need a new piece created for our marketing and sales efforts.

SoreThumb has notably created our Inofolic.com website for us. They created a user friendly, well designed site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

More of my KPIs for SoreThumbs work is timeliness and accurcy in content. I am pleased to say that SoreThumb completed our website by our target date, and made sure it went live without glitches. They continously complete our materials in lightening fasst times, and proof read them for spelling and grammatical accuracy. 

For our social and google ads, a key metric is cost per click and conversion. Our CPC has steadily decreased since launch, as SoreThumb works to omptimize our keywords and targetting, and our conversion have increased as we create more valuable content and a better website user experience.

A way SoreThumb goes above and beyond our expectations is by bringing in fresh ideas to drive business and growth to our brands.

SoreThumb is excellent with their timeliness. They always deliver items on time, even urgent, last minute requests. While I know they have many other customers, we always feel like a top priority for them every time we work on a project together.
