I'm the company's e-commerce manager. We produce and sell grape seed products. This includes our cold-pressed grape seed oil, our grape seed flour and our grape seed granules. We have other delicatessen products in our range.

Development and implementation of a website with an online shop for our company and our products.

We looked online for competitors, but received a recommendation for Solution25 from an agency. We had a meeting where we expressed our requirements. We had a good meeting and Solution25 convinced us that they could help us.

We had a kickoff meeting in which we communicated our requirements for the website, and Solution25 then developed some ideas. We then discussed these and communicated our change requests. Then, Solution25 started to develop the website for Shopify. We had regular calls where we discussed the current status.

Four people worked with me on the project:

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website was built according to our wishes and ideas and integrated into our Shopify account. We were very happy with the new website.

I have processed my requests, suggestions, and problems with Word and Excel. I then discussed these things with the project manager in a virtual call. The video calls were all on time and without any problems. We also used WhatsApp for quick consultations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed by the high level of expertise in the areas of SEO and web development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think everything was fine.

Their team developed an amazing, high performing Magento 2 Online Shop. It was a complex procedure and project, over months and ongoing. The team has managed very well to support us daily and generate more sales for our brand.

we have been working with different team members. We are in constant contact with the owner and web developer. Additionally with a Google Specialist

we saw a big increase of traffic and especially important: an increase of conversions! Especially because of their abilities to adjust and ease up the check-out process and turn the website into a more customer friendly page.

We worked with Jira. Easy to handle and exchange ideas, deadlines etc.

The skills and especially the personal contact. As I mentioned earlier we have been able to communicate not only with the team, but also personally with the executive director regulary. solution25 cared about their customers and provided full support and help whenever possible. We are very much looking forward to working with them in the future and growing together.

they are quick in fixing issues, no complaints :)

MyCupOfTea is selling premium organic lose tea. We are operating in the German market since 2016. Also we are offering the option, to configure individual tea blends. I am the brand manager since the company was founded.

We wanted to change from gambio to shopify and also create a whole new user friendly experience. Thats why we changed to whole look of the online shop. Solution25 had too transfer our old shop to the new platform, had to implement our design wishes and also find a solution for our tea mixer.

They had been recommended by my network. So we had a meeting and they understood my needs very well. Especially my design ideas had been implemented very well.

We had a kickoff meeting where we discussed the branding of MyCupOfTea as well as the functions and payment methods the shop should have. From than on their work started and we had close contact to make sure everything turns out the way we agreed to.

I mainly had contact to a project manager. But I know that there was at least one developer as well as a designer involved in the project team.

After launching we had sales growth from 64%. And the new shop is received as more user-friendly.
