User study and Personas: In order to comprehend our target audience, which comprised homebuyers, real estate brokers, and property sellers, They carried out extensive study. Based on this information, they developed user personas to customize the design to meet the demands of particular users.

Having more clearly defined feedback loops during the wireframing and initial design stages would have also helped us align more quickly and saved a little time, but this small issue didn't affect the project's overall success.
