Nexura is a company dedicated to the development of technological solutions for the Government with the interest of achieving a connection between citizens and the state and I am the Manager of the Business Development area.

For what projects / services did your company hire SOFTWARE ESTRATÉGICO S.A.S.?

We submitted to a tender for the Judicial Branch - Superior Council of the Judiciary in which Strategic Software also participated because it was the current supplier of CSJ and upon winning the Nexura tender, we decided to hire them since they had the knowledge of the business and thus we avoided trauma with personnel changes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected it because it was the provider that had been executing that same project in the Judicial Branch

It is a project that requires attention to a system of the Judicial Branch called SIRNA which is in continuous improvement and therefore requires developments throughout the project

90% of the developments were executed within the estimated time

It is very easy to communicate with the coordinator, she is always ready, she is very friendly and attends to all requests

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment. I loved that they put on the shirt and they represented us very well

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Two of the development requirements were turning into a headache but they finally got over it without any major inconvenience.
