The scope of work for Softobotics included developing a comprehensive mobile application using React Native to ensure a dynamic and responsive user experience. Key deliverables encompassed integrating Chargebee for efficient payment processing, using native firebase/Crashlytics for monitoring and maintaining app stability, and structuring and training AI personas with data provided by celebrities to ensure their authenticity. 

Furthermore, Softobotics provided comprehensive API access for easy integration into other applications, allowing developers to expand the use of AI personas across different industries.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project led to significant measurable outcomes, including a 50% boost in user engagement, attributed to the intuitive interface and unique features of the app. The application maintained high stability with a 90% user satisfaction rate, monitored using Crashlytics. The seamless API integration allowed Kamoto.AI to broaden its market reach, demonstrating substantial progress and success.

Softobotics demonstrated excellent project management skills, delivering all items on time and responding promptly to our needs. They utilized agile development methodologies, which allowed for iterative progress and continuous improvements. Regular feedback sessions ensured that the app aligned closely with our goals and user requirements.

What stood out most about Softobotics was their innovative approach and ability to integrate advanced technologies like AI and machine learning seamlessly into the project. Their commitment to user-centered design and their expertise in building scalable, robust solutions were particularly impressive, setting them apart from other companies. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Softobotics could have done differently?

One area for improvement could be the enhancement of the documentation provided. While the project delivery was excellent, more detailed documentation would have facilitated easier onboarding for new team members and smoother long-term maintenance of the application.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Design of a community platform within coffee.This includes working with sourcing and processing of coffee as well as automation and integration with several other platforms. The platform is also an ERP system and a communication tool with auto translation functionality. A major FED and UI deliverable is the customizable semi and fully automated marketing material that the platform produces.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform itself can be viewed at www.eraofwe.com, although most functionality requires a login to one of 7 different portals.

The management is reliable and has always stepped up their game when any unexpected issue or rushed development arise. We are very pleased with Softobotics and can highly recommend them to others.

Their flexibility and openness to feedback are impressive. We have managed to solve all issues together to our full satisfaction under the years we have been developing together.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Softobotics could have done differently?

There has been a few instances where we have come with feedback and we are impressed about how adoptable and nimble the Softobotics organization has been to adjusting to our changing needs. We also place a great deal of trust in the leadership that has shown hands on engagement in tending to our sometimes acute needs. 

We feel confident that there is help to be had should we run into pressed schedules or unexpected trouble and Softobotics has always gone above and beyond what can be expected with helping us solve all kinds of issues.
