we are commercial and residential building, and houses builders in the real estate industry in india. i am one of the parters in the company

my company was going through a major brand makeover, and we needed a new website which would go with our new name and brand.

What were your goals for this project?

the goal was to build a website, which would reflect our company brand and image, and portray the vision the company is based upon. at the same time the website should not be very complex to use.

How did you select this vendor? softech of reccomended by one of our friends in UK, and also a few people in india. i was told they deliver the product on a very timely manner

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

first they designed a few web pages according to my requirements, i chose the one which i liked the most, after which they collected data which was required to be put into the website. i was kept informed at every stage, i was given a demo login and password to access the website whenever i wanted to check on the progress. in the end they uploaded the website on the internet, and till date the maintenance is handled by, that i think is very good after sale service.

What was the team composition?

i was said there were 3 developers working on the designing and coding and my company was in direct contact with the project manager, all the emails and calls were through the project manager. a very efficient way of communication, there were no misunderstandings, or confusions.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

i would say it had a major impact on my business as the new website was very vital for our new brand .

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

the project management was extremely efficient as i was i kept in a constant loop on the progress of the web development. which i feel reduced confusion about silly things to absolute zero.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

the client has direct contact with the project manager, and the response time is amazing, the finishing of tasks in a timely manner is also one more thing to commend the company about.

Are there any areas for improvement?

even though the project was delivered on time, i felt that it could have been delivered a week or two earlier.

We wanted to develop a new communications platform and take services online.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I went through a job platform and I got through bids for the job.

The solution needed iOS and Android App development as well as Web interface to work with the NFC devices we had.

The core contact was Ravi but we interfaced with 2 individuals. Ravi and Vaibhav.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team delivered exactly what we asked for and were willing to do bug fixes at short notice and kept in contact during the whole process.

The team is highly communicative. They answer questions and queries abruptly and are quick to find solutions and nothing is too big or too small.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their service is above reproach. They aimed to please their customers with project outputs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think timelines are an area they can do better. Development in itself takes time. The expectation of quick turnaround is something you are given but it does take slightly longer than anticipated. However the end product is par excellence.
