The mandate was to rearchitect the platform and optimize the backend APIs and the front end user interfaces. They rebuilt the Admin Web Panels and the technician mobile app.

We had weekly check point meetings to make sure the project was on track. The team had stated 10 months but actually finished the project in 9 months.

They not only delivered on time but ahead of time which meant we had much more time to test the platform.
