For what projects/services did your company hire The Social Brand, and what were your goals?

The website and Branding was needed to bring the company into a better digital footprint. We were seeking a new customer base, while being more effective with our current customer base. We wanted a social media presence that was effective, positive, and current!

The Social Brand, was highly recommended, and has a proven track record. Even more, they have a proven template in helping businesses get focused, stay focused, and aquire focus. Through the skilled, creative, and attractive people at The Social Brand, we were able to develop a focused plan whose effectiveness required scheduling of future business. Something that was always a struggle to achieve.

Branding is important. Although it is often done as almost like an afterthought. Sometimes your Branding can look like an old house that has had numerous updates through the years, but now the Floorplan is a bit confusing. The Social Brand helped us to develop a Focused, current Brand. Also, so much of business is done through social media that most businesses have little time, nor competency for. The Social Brand had a customizable plan that was the flavor we desired, while achieving the desired results. Websites are important. Most just have a bunch of words that few want to read. The Social Brand understands the balance of design, words, and effectiveness.

A project manager, the owner, designers, scriwriter and others as needed.

After launching the site, and the social media plan business increased and new work is scheduled out into the future.
