We are Canopy Cleaning company in Melbourne, we have contract of many restaurant for Canopy cleaning and I am the founder of this company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Soboft Technology?

I need automated IoT system which identify that canopy needs the maintenance.

What were your goals for this project?

We have taken many cleaning contract for Canopy and we have yearly contract, so thats why we need automatic system which identify that canopy needs maintenance and it will indicate us in our system, and we need to install 1 device in Canopy and which pass the message to our system.

I have find SOBOFT technology from google IOT search and they have very good experience with all these so had decided to go with them.

Describe the project in detail.

We have around 100+ Restaurant maintenance contract of Canopy cleaning, so SOBOFT and Team needs to be integrate the IoT hardware and its signal to our dashboard, so I need one web portal in which I can see all the details of all Canopy in which we have installed the Hardware, and I can ask my maintenance team to visit that restaurant and Clean the Canopy.

What was the team composition?

There were around 4-5 People of team along with Tushal, so 2 were Web app developer and 2 were working on the Hard Ware integration and Trigger system.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Previously I need to ask my team to go physically on each restaurant and check the status of Canopy, and its taking too much time and man power as well, but after installing this Hardware I can easily get the status of each canopy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very good, we were using 3rd party tool Teamwork to managing the project and bugs as I am also Computer engineer so I can friendly with all this and its easy to handle via project management software.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I like their pattern of working and ability to understand our needs. They have even very good knowledge of Hardware and integration as well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

just Perfect!

I want a mobile application and website for my business.

What were your goals for this project?

I want a simple mobile application for my patient to book an online appointment via Mobile and website, so I can get my whole day idea in prior.

How did you select this vendor?

I have selected SOBOFT Technology and Tushal from Google search, and they have situated in my near by city so after that I had visited their office personally and I found those guys very well so selected for my requirements.

In this Project I have asked Tushal to create a simple mobile app for android and ios form which user can book the online appointment and also view the past appointment and make payment online, also user can refer this application to other users, and also I am providing Dentist related news in via notifications.

What was the team composition?

Mainly Tushal was handling the whole project so I am not that much aware about the Team and all. but we have created one whats app group and there are 3-4 people working with that group.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Sure, after implementing this application, my users are booking appointment online easily and they are also feel very comfortable because they can also see the available slots and all via this application. So I dont need phone operator also.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Its very good, as I have already created detail document for my project and Tushal and team got it very clearly so we had completed the whole project very smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think they have very good team, even each team member is very impressive and can understand the requirement very easily, so its very easy to get our needed project.

Ya little bit in Schedule.

We want to move our business to the next level, and thats why I need an application form which my customer can place an order and add address and we will do the home delivery as we have many near by customers they want this type of facility from our side

I need an app from which My customer can place an order and I get instant notification in my mobile , so I can ask my delivery boy to deliver the items at the appropriate place

I have find SOBOFT reference form one of my friend, as he has already took their services and they are very reasonable and they have expertise in mobile app as well so

I have ask SOBOFT to create an Android and iOS app for my customers in which I will list all my items like fruits and Vegs, and customer can select the Quantity and place an order with the address, I dont want the online payment gateway as i generally accept cash on delivery, also I need one application for me so in which I can see all the orders

What was the team composition?

Team was very good, and I was dealing with the Tushal and his team, so they are around 3-4 peoples which are handling this project, and Tushal is very professional and well mannered so I really like to work with him again for future enhancement.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Sure, So after creating this app, I got around daily minimum 100+ orders from my surrounding customers and all are very happy and my selling is increased by 50%.

It was really happens in nice manner, as they have first give me the plan and design and after that they had started the development and then bugs solving and live.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I really like their attitude and specially the working pattern of Tushal, he is very co operative and believe in quality even he personally check all the pages and deliver.
