Since June, we've assigned 25 calls across Western EU countries and the USA, resulting in closed deals. Smogu.studio executed personalized campaigns for email and LinkedIn, expertly tailored to align with our business goals. These campaigns resulted in meaningful interactions with qualified leads and successful deal closures. They consistently provided detailed weekly reports in Slack outlining the progress of their activities. 

They handled prospecting autonomously, developed targeted databases based on our ICP, established campaigns for various subsegments, crafted custom texts for our leads, assisted in packaging case studies for market presentation, and delivered precise content to each subsegment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over 6 months, Smogu.studio efficiently organized meetings with 35 qualified leads, resulting in the successful closure of 16 deals. Team tracked the metrics, calculated ROI and we observed the economic value of working with the team. 

They substantiate their efforts with data. We had attempted outbound outreach on our own before teaming up with Smogu.studio, consistently encountering deliverability issues. However, the team achieved an impressive 83% open rate, significantly changing the game for us.

And at some point, we realised that they customise the content for each prospect. They were truly impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Smogu.Studio could have done differently?

The cost was quite substantial, but it proved to be worthwhile. Prior to this, we had experience working with a different agency, so we had a basis for comparison. Smogu.studio’s performance has met our expectations. We'll definitely come back to the team with new goals in the future.
