The automated system that SmartSite Studio built allows me to send a simple one word text message based on incoming inventory and all the relevant entries will autofill into the spreadsheet. At the end of each month an email is sent out automatically to each person with their balance and payment options.

Efficiency went up dramatically. More freedom to focus on other aspects of the work without getting bogged down with technical calculations and allocations.
