Productivity of construction teams and project managers improved, evidenced by an increase in completed projects, accomplished tasks, and optimized resource allocation. Data accuracy improved through real-time synchronization with the backend ERP system, reducing errors and enhancing decision-making.

While Smarther performed admirably overall, there were a few areas where they could have made improvements or taken different approaches. Firstly, there were instances where communication could have been more proactive, particularly in providing updates on the progress of the project. Clearer and more regular communication would have enhanced transparency and helped manage expectations more effectively.

 Additionally, there were a few occasions where certain features or functionalities required further iterations or adjustments to meet our specific requirements. A more thorough understanding of our needs from the outset could have mitigated these revisions. Despite these minor areas for improvement, Smarther's overall performance and the quality of their work remained commendable.

They’re an impressive technical team that never gives up and are willing to take on challenging projects. Furthermore, they're able to create innovative apps. I wish to hire them again for our future projects and enhancements.

They should continue to learn new technologies such as Python, R, and Scala. We’re expecting to add more AI features in the near future, and it would be good if Smarther’s team could support this.
