What was the scope of their involvement?

We have been working with them on a lot of projects, and they’ve been on a retainer for 4–5 years. So far, they’ve built two websites that track all of the interactions and testing that we do in our lab and report that information to our doctors. That’s the main project they’ve been working on for the last few years. The Sleek Infosolutions team continually enhances our sites and implements changes on their interface. 

Typically, they do extensive research on the APIs that are required and medical industry terminologies we need as well as custom integrations they’re going to work on.

We spend $6,000 a month, and that’s the cost we've been paying them for the last five years.

We began working with Sleek Infosolutions in January 2014, and we continue to collaborate.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve been using their services for a long time, so Sleek Infosolutions definitely knows what they’re doing. We always keep giving them more work as we grow.

The team has been an integral part of helping us build our business. With their support, we’ve never had to hire in-house because they’ve been reliable.

Sleek Infosolutions is great, and they’ve done everything we’ve ever asked of them. We use Skype and Google Docs to communicate. Overall, they communicate very well, and they’re good at project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very responsive in fixing anything that needs to be fixed, even with the time difference.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re doing such a great job right now so I can’t think of anything that they can improve.

If you’re going to work with a company overseas, be aware of the time difference and communication issues. Moreover, it’s best to scope things out as specific as possible because Sleek Infosolutions can do their best when they follow your instructions.

I am the Sr HR Manager of Saxon Infotech headquartered in Columbia, MD, USA. Our company has over 40 employees and we serve federal contractors in the Washington DC metro area. I oversee the cooperate digital transformation and vendor relationships.

The website was re-designed and rebuilt as per our expectations. Saxon is very happy with the outcome.

A combination of cost and skills weigh heavily on the decision decisions and it helped that I have worked with them on previous projects.

The implemented the instructions provided, offered some UX layout options, created graphics and built the back end admin functions for the site.

The impact is currently undetermined as this is an early-stage venture

Communication is primarily done through email, and updates are made expeditiously. Email communication is excellent for documenting progress although it requires complete and clear instructions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have the internal resources to complete a wide range of requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think they focus heavily on getting what is requested done and could be better at understanding a project's overall objective and communicating ideas for improvements.

I’m pleased with their work so far, and I don’t have any complaints. Driving traffic to the website without advertising has been a challenge; Sleek Infosolutions Pvt Ltd. did as much as they could, but there’s a limit to what we can achieve without paying for digital marketing.  

How did Sleek Infosolutions Pvt Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

Sleek Infosolutions Pvt Ltd. is responsive. They communicate well and address any concerns we raise. We have some communication challenges because of the twenty-four-hour time difference, but that isn’t their fault. We mainly communicate via Upwork.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is good, and they respond quickly to changes we want made. They also delivered good designs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve.
