I am the IT administrator of PJproperty.com. The platform matches property owners with buyers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Skuberg?

We needed to create an easily-searchable realty website, which allowed users to input what they were looking for.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Skuberg initially made a mockup for a website based on our requirements. Then, they developed the site following the ideas of the mockup.  

Many property websites have similar features, but ours is customized to specific areas within Thailand. It also has a 3D mapping feature for the properties. Properties are searchable based on geographic location.

How did you come to work with Skuberg?

We found their website and researched the owner of the company. Their accomplishments convinced us to partner with them.

How much have you invested with them?

The cost of their work was around $60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Skuberg in February 2017, and launched the site in April.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have tracked the usage of the website, which has been great so far. People have liked the 3D viewer functionality.

How did Skuberg perform from a project management standpoint?

We had monthly updates on the work. I don’t have insight into their project management process; I was able to provide requirements and receive the final product. They were responsive to our questions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They gave us suggestions for improving our design ideas, making the site easier to use by customers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The response time has been slow at times, when we had an issue or idea.
