We are online marketing business school which provides online education.

For what projects/services did your company hire Skipp, and what were your goals?

We wanted to launch online campus, so our students could share their notes and follow all the classes online in the same interface. For that we needed to develop an additional module in our WordPress website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I saw their ad in Facebook. Then we checked their website, filled out the form and after our call with their sales manager the decision was clear.

Before anything, we had a call with the sales reps who explained the whole process. After signing all the documents we started our work. First, we had a call with our project manager. We had a detailed dialog about our case and further steps. Then, we had several interviews to find the right candidate for our project. It was quite easy, the first profile was a perfect match. After that, we had a call with our new specialist and had an onboarding session. Shortly after we started our work. During the next few month we were working on our case, until we finally launched it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Over 85% of our online students created their profiles in our Online Campus which helped us a lot to improve our performance and customer management.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had regular calls with our team, 3-4 times a week. We were using sprint period frame of 7 days, but still we had to call each other more often. Communication tools: jira, miro, g-suite

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Transparency of the project. Everything is clear and easy in terms of workflow, which is crucial for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Can't think of anything like that right now.
