I’m the CEO of an IoT company that works on government projects. We mainly work in the educational, medical, and utility areas. Right now, we’re implementing a project for the Republic of Mauritius, providing tablet solutions for primary schools.

We’ve outsourced our software requirements to their team. They’ve been working with us for the last three years, developing a few products and providing support services to us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For one of the projects, their team assisted with the development of a virtual classroom product where teachers can communicate with students in remote locations. This is particularly helpful in regions where teachers aren’t available.

The solution used Node.js, MongoDB, and AngularJS for the frontend. They built it from the ground up, gathering the business requirements we provided, coming up with the technical specifications and wireframes, and developing the complete solution.

The quality of work they deliver is near perfection. We’ve never received complaints from customers, and the support required has been minimal. Their team has done an excellent job of writing the code. The first app has been in use for three years, and we’ve only gotten enhancement requests for it. There have been no issues with the system.

We always know what we’re getting in the end, and they alert us when there is a required R&D.
