I hired Sitemaker Lab to design a professional website for my cleaning business and implement local SEO strategies to improve my visibility in search results and attract more customers in my area.

Sitemaker Lab has managed the full scope of my website project, including design, development, and content structuring. They’ve created a modern, mobile-friendly website with dedicated service pages and clear CTAs. In addition, they’ve implemented local SEO strategies such as on-page optimization, keyword targeting, and basic search setup to help improve my visibility and attract local customers.After launching the website, Sitemaker Lab has offered ongoing support and maintenance, including handling updates, fixing any issues promptly, and monitoring basic SEO performance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project has resulted in increased local visibility, higher search rankings, and a noticeable rise in customer inquiries through the website. This directly contributes to generating more leads and business opportunities. Since working with Sitemaker Lab, my website traffic has increased by around 40%–50%, and I’ve started receiving 8–12 customer inquiries per week through the website. I’ve also noticed my business appearing on the first page of Google for some local cleaning service keywords.We track performance using Google Analytics for website traffic and visitor insights and Google Search Console for keyword rankings and search visibility. These tools show a steady increase in traffic, impressions, and customer inquiries after the project.

I was most impressed by Sitemaker Lab’s professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, my experience with Sitemaker Lab is very positive. If there’s one area for improvement, it could be providing a few more initial design options at the start of the project. Other than that, their work, communication, and support were excellent.

I’m the co-founder of Nexus ORM, an e-commerce company. We help social e-commerce brands automate community engagement and moderation using AI, turning Instagram comments into sales opportunities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sitemaker Lab?

We needed to build an MVP for Nexus AI from scratch. We needed a full-stack platform that could scrape Instagram comments in real-time, analyze sentiment, auto-categorize leads and complaints, and draft AI-powered replies in our brand voice. The goal was to replace hours of manual community management with an automated system that any social e-commerce brand could plug into and run immediately.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sitemaker Lab handled the entire product, from architecture to deployment. The main deliverables included a real-time Instagram comment scraper powered by Apify, an AI analysis engine built on Groq and Llama 3.1 that categorizes comments as sales leads, support tickets, complaints, or spam, and an automated reply drafting system tuned to our brand's Gen-Z voice. On top of that, they built a full Next.js dashboard with live sentiment visualization, an urgent action sidebar for review, and a PostgreSQL backend with webhook support. Essentially, they took the idea from zero to a working, deployable product.

We worked together from January–February 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As an early-stage MVP, the most significant outcome was going from idea to a fully functional, deployable product in a short timeframe. The platform was able to automate tasks that used to take hours of manual work, like moderating comments, tracking sentiment, and writing replies, down to seconds per post. We were able to demo a working product to early prospects, which validated the core concept and helped us move into our next funding and growth conversations. The foundation that Sitemaker Lab built is solid enough to scale without a rebuild.

While we're still in the early stages of onboarding our first clients, internal testing showed the platform processes and categorizes hundreds of comments in under a minute — work that would take a social media manager 3–4 hours manually. Reply drafting that used to require individual attention now happens in seconds per comment. We estimate the platform can save a brand at least 15–20 hours of manual community management work per week. These numbers are what we're now taking to our first clients as the core value proposition.

The feedback from early prospects has been really encouraging. The biggest reaction has been around the reply drafting feature — prospects were surprised that the AI could match a brand's tone and Gen-Z voice so accurately without manual tuning. Several of them flagged the sentiment dashboard as something they'd wanted for a long time but assumed would be too expensive to build. The auto-moderation for spam was another instant win — they could see the comments section staying clean in real-time during demos. Overall, the response has validated that the problem is real and that the solution we built with Sitemaker Lab is hitting the right pain points.

How did Sitemaker Lab perform from a project management standpoint?

Sitemaker Lab was organized and communicative throughout the entire project. They broke the work into clear phases and kept us updated at every step, so we always knew where things stood. There were no surprises with the MVP; it was delivered on time and matched what was planned at the start. The level of execution was genuinely impressive for a project this technical, which involved AI integrations, scraping infrastructure, and a full-stack dashboard. They felt less like a vendor and more like a technical co-founder who understood both the product vision and the business goal behind it.We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was that they understood the business problem, not just the technical brief. A lot of development agencies will build exactly what you spec and nothing more. Sitemaker Lab actively suggested improvements, flagged potential issues before they became problems, and made decisions that showed they were thinking about the product's future, not just the current sprint. The AI personality tuning for our brand voice was a great example — that wasn't something we explicitly asked for in detail, but they got it right without back and forth. For a young agency, they punch well above their weight.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If anything, more frequent structured updates early in the project would have helped. There were a couple of phases where we were eager to see progress and had to check in ourselves. That said, whenever we did connect, the communication was clear and thorough. It's a minor thing and didn't affect the final outcome, but as they scale their team, it's something to formalize. Overall, it's a small note against an otherwise smooth experience.
