I’m the operations manager of OfficeSpaceIndia, an online platform helping businesses find the best office spaces in Bangalore.

What challenge were you trying to address with Simplileap Digital LLP?

We wanted a WordPress website with a good design that was secure and fast. We also wanted a website that had a good Google PageSpeed Insights score for mobile and desktop.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Simplileap Digital LLP handled my website project end-to-end, starting from the design to the development of the website and going live. They gave us all the Figma design files and website access at the end of the website. The team is still handling ongoing maintenance for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We got a good end product in terms of design and website. The website is fast-loading, and all conversion tracking has been added to the website. Before, my website was giving a Google PageSpeed score of below 40 for both mobile and desktop. Now, it’s constantly above 85. The number of visitors is slowly increasing on the website. The number of form submissions has also increased by at least two-folds.

How did Simplileap Digital LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

They had an internal tool called SyncUp, where all the projects, tasks, and deliverables were managed and tracked. We had full observability of the project. The project was delivered on time. We communicated through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their technical depth about WordPress development was great. Their team also gave suggestions instead of just following a requirement document given by me.

Are there any areas they could improve?
