I work as a CTO in HS Estates and Builders, a real estate agency in Pakistan. I deal with social media marketing and inquiries generated on the website and social media.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sigi Technologies?

We sought the help of Sigi Technologies in developing a website for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially hired them to develop our WordPress site. Shahnawaz (Managing Director) explained to me the difference between developing a website in WordPress and through custom coding such as using PHP.

They also provided us with SEO and the development of ads through social media and Google, to generate more leads. Furthermore, they’ve been providing us with facilities to help our business continue to grow.

What is the team composition?

I work with Shahnawaz and a project manager. They have a big team behind them but I don’t interact with them.

How did you come to work with Sigi Technologies?

We needed someone that was easily accessible to coordinate with regarding the development of the website. I then did some research on Google and found Sigi Technologies. They told me about their experience in the real estate industry and after a few meetings, we hired them for the project. They’re very friendly, they guide my business well, and they’re always willing to work within our budget.

How much have you invested with them?

I believe we’ve spent less than $5,000 USD so far.

What is the status of the engagement?

We officially started working with them in March 2020 and our partnership is still ongoing. The web development project wrapped up, but they still help manage our SEO and Google ads campaigns.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They gave us a chart board on the website so whenever a customer visits the website, they can see our projects and what we’re offering. If they want to connect with us, it’ll only take a single click and a pop-up to write their inquiry — we have a very good database of our clients.

How did Sigi Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is great because they work within our budget. They understand our needs and help us come up with the solution to grow our business and brand. Additionally, they’re able to stick with the schedule and deliver their tasks on time — on top of that, they’re very responsive whenever we reach out to them.

We track the progress of the project using Trello and get updates through the phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part about working with them is that they’re very responsive. Every time we have any questions, they’re always willing to listen.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We have no complaints in regards to our project because they always go above and beyond.

Any advice for potential customers?

Ensure that you ask enough questions to get clarity about your business model because they’re very good at listening to concerns.
