I’m the co-founder of a cleaning business.

What challenge were you trying to address with SidekickAdmin?

We had a lot of phone calls coming in, so we hired them to handle our admin work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SidekickAdmin provides us with admin work; they act as our receptionists through call center services. First, they provided us with an onboarding form, and we filled it up with the information they required. In the form, we included how we wanted them to answer the phone. Currently, we forward our calls to them, and they handle receptionist tasks and appointment booking. After that, they send us an email or text message regarding the phone calls and how they’ve dealt with each one. 

What is the team composition?

One lead analyst manages the project, and a few teammates from SidekickAdmin handle our phone calls. 

How did you come to work with SidekickAdmin?

I found them through a Google search where I came across their website, and then we had a phone call with them. SidekickAdmin gave me a free trial of their system to see how the process went since this was something fairly new that we didn’t know about. We liked how they took our phone calls, so we had them onboard us full-time.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent about $2,500 CAD (approximately $1,900 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve had an increase in revenue because we’ve been missing fewer calls thanks to SidekickAdmin’s work. They’re professional, fast, and handle all our needs; we’ve never had any issues with them. Moreover, the quality of their calls is really amazing. 

How did SidekickAdmin perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication has been pretty efficient. We use Microsoft Teams and text messages. Additionally, I have their personal number, and they also have my personal contact information in case there’s an issue. The team always notifies me if there will be any down periods, so they’re very well-organized. They also present a monthly report of all the calls and logs, so we can always review the calls they’ve received. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve dealt with another provider that charged per minute, which caused them to rush the phone calls to avoid exceeding the minutes. Meanwhile, SidekickAdmin charges per call, so they’re very patient with our customers and help them meaningfully. As a result, we have happier customers. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not that I can think of; I’m very satisfied with them.
