Sidekick Interactive helped us from the ground up. They led a discovery workshop to validate our concept, refine user journeys, and prioritize features. After that, they handled UX/UI design, native app development for iOS and Android, API integration, and database setup.

Key features of the solution include:

• Secure patient data entry compliant with healthcare guidelines.
• A real-time dashboard for clinicians.
• Integration with our existing back-end system.
• A mobile interface that is simple enough for non-technical staff to adopt quickly.
• In terms of technology, they used Figma, Swift, Kotlin, and Azure. Their team continues to provide ongoing maintenance and updates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app has been rolled out to multiple clinics and has significantly reduced the time it takes staff to process patient records. Early feedback from healthcare professionals is very positive, especially around the ease of use and clean design.

They integrated seamlessly into our workflows, adopting our Agile methodology. We had 2-week sprints, clear documentation, and great responsiveness. They often delivered faster than expected and always aligned with deadlines. We used Jira, Confluence, and Zoom to manage everything.

Sidekick Interactive wasn’t just executing tasks. They consistently suggested creative design improvements and offered technical solutions that we hadn’t considered. Their team felt like a real extension of ours rather than an external agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sidekick Interactive could have done differently?

A more robust end-to-end QA process before delivery would save us some internal testing time, though overall their responsiveness in fixing small issues was excellent.
