SharpMinds B.V. always delivers on time. One or twice a week we have a standup where we discuss the running projects and talk through the open issues.

The ability to, even when there is a 'physical' distance, connect with the dutch teammembers like we are colleagues that are sitting with eachother like normally.

Sharpminds helped us to develop from scratch a SAAS solution which is integrated with our existing stand-alone solution. 8 years ago we started with the development of the first modules, in recent years this has resulted in almost a total of 25 new modules and this is still growing with which we support temporary staffing agencies in daily, weekly and monthly processes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The best measurable results are reflected in the exponential growth in the use and number of users of our SAAS solution where we currently have over 400,000 unique and active users on our platform.

In collaborating with Sharpminds, we work in accordance with the Scrum framework, through the short-term iterations and and continuous validation of the work, the needs of our organization are met and we were always aware of the progress.

The pleasant way of working together, the knowledge of the developers and the pleasant and open culture in collaborating with each other. All this despite working completely remotely.

At this point I cannot describe any areas of improvement and I really appreciated the collaboration with SharpMinds.
