What were your goals for this project?

Our goals was to launch our platform, with the lean startup methodology in mind and work within an agile, discovery method to build out our tech product.

How did you select this vendor?

Our RFP (Request for proposal) process, shortlisted at least 4-5 vendors and a pre-existing vendor in Hong Kong, our procurement required to base our decision on level of expertise both on the consumer side and on the technology side of our startup idea. We wanted a team that had a previous and known exit in the new business, it happens to be that one of the founders of Morphosis has experience in building the type of business model we had for our tech product and our platform and they were competitively priced.

We hired the Morphosis team to assist us in launching our MVP and Pilot in new businesses, our industry being media focused required a great deal of understanding in technology and content, Morphosis gave us the resources and talent to develop our technology platform covering a new business segment for our publishing companies.

What was the team composition?

Agile and Scrum team with 1 lead designer and 1 lead developer. We had a dedicated project manager as well.

When we launched in September, we grew our organic traffic numbers now by almost more than 1000%, we have also monetized our product and our clients are happy.
