Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m an independent AI Analyst. I perform some business intelligence strategies regarding how AI can work on certain business models. For example, we've worked with big manufacturers like Honda and Toyota to provide AI solutions to why cars are broken down.

For what projects/services did your company hire SensViz?
With the excessive amounts of data I needed to find a way to apply that using algorithms that can predict future causes for the cars that are broken
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
This vendor just showed up to me during a search for consulting and I grew to rely on them a lot. They are very helpful and quick with solutions and deliveries. After our first project I had full trust in their team and would continue to work with them.

We are still ongoing so right now we are just deploying the API for the service. They are helping me create some Proof of Concept (POC) of an actual working AI model that can be used to benefit any type of business development.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
This team is very well diverse and has many skill sets. They have people set for specific tasks and this helped me develop POCs very quickly
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are able to get progress to end results with good training and modeling from the team. This engagement allowed me to trust them with my issues and that I would be able to handle R&D on my end while they handle the algorithms side.
How did SensViz address any challenges that arose?
SensViz team would take a look at all the obstacles that arose and gave me solutions on how to solve one thing at a time. They were very professional and that they would always have a solution within a given time frame.
How was project management handled?
Project Management was handled by my end on the part I needed to assign work and get a given time frame, on technical side, one of their higher ups were the one handling the sprints and tasks to certain developers. The teamwork is great. Sometimes it took longer than expected but it still provides good results for the time frame
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are a group of friends that decided to make a company and consult for people who are trying to get ahead of technology
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There is nothing I think they should improve other than try to find more customers
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
I think the best advice I can give is to just have trust in them because they will do their best to satisfy your requirements.

The algorithm was needed to detect sign boards and classify them into different categories and we achieved the results
