BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder and creative director for The Parlor. We’re a creative agency that focuses on food service advertising.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Sellsior?

I was stuck with sales because I didn't have the time, knowledge, or people to increase them.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we did an audit to see how the sales process grew and why we were getting few demands. We had people from big companies contacting us, and Sellsior assisted me in doing the sales stocks the right way. They were there from beginning to end, coaching me during calls. This helped us land projects.

We’re currently preparing two major ones. Firstly, we’re on the shortlist for one project, so we’re preparing to pitch. There are two other companies, and Sellsior is assisting us in landing the projects. For the other project, an American company contacted us. It’s around $600,000 a year, and they’re also helping us with it.

Additionally, they have a sales team that goes out and tries to find clients.

How did you come to work with Sellsior?

At an entrepreneur's meeting, someone introduced me to Chris (Managing Director) and said we could be a match. We had our first meeting, and we were an excellent match indeed. We were on the same vibe and way of thinking.

We talked about my issue, and he said they could help me. We sat together to make a plan, and it was obvious that he was very competent. He had a lot of experience and knowledge, and he was ambitious and professional. Chris ticked all the boxes and went beyond what I expected.

Additionally, he was also looking to find a partner for the creative side of his company. Therefore, it was just a no-brainer to work together.

How much have you invested with them?

At the moment, we’ve spent around $50,000, but it can go up pretty soon if the new project proceeds.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together at the beginning of 2021, and the relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In terms of numbers, the budgets and quality of the clients have tremendously improved beyond profits. My leads and clients have risen significantly. I used to be stuck with small clients, but they’ve told us that isn’t our league. Overall, we're spending less time on small projects and focusing on the bigger clients. This actually improves our company because we take much more pleasure in our work.

On the other hand, I honestly wasn't expecting all these types of services from one company. We were trying to find someone who could help us with sales, but they’re much more than that. They’ve looked into my company, tried to understand its DNA, and found the right way to address the sales issue.

How did Sellsior perform from a project management standpoint?

I try to communicate face-to-face as much as possible because Chris is a nice person to be around. If we’re preparing for a call or talking about the company, we get on a round table, and he gets his board and starts writing on it.

Sometimes I have some of my colleagues joining us, and that’s the majority of our communication. We also have calls with clients on Zoom, regular phone calls, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve delivered way above expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

To be honest, I wouldn’t say anything negative about them. Sellsior has been a blessing to my business life.

Any advice for potential customers?

Just go for it. Pick up the phone, call or email Chris, explain your problem, and be plain about it. Say what you’re stuck with or where you need help, and he's going to be there. They’re experts in everything sales-related.
