I work as a Project Manager for Real Estate Agents and Brokers. We are a real estate marketing agency specializing in comprehensive integrated solutions for real estate agents and brokers.

Introduction from an existing in country contact. Referral.

Provide designs in PHP or Wordpress template that allowed Seguro to provide a quote. Once quote was approved provided a development server for them to execute our approved designs. Mostly using our Sold5 solution or a purchase Wordpress template.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The company has developed Android and IOS apps for us where they have managed the full project. They have developed utility applications such as adhoc reporting tools and data mining tools where they controlled all aspects of the project inc screen design and business logic. They are also our source of responsive screen design where screens are developed to our spec and we retain the development of the business logic. This has delivered fast and responsive screens to a very high standard.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

They have provided a flexible and agile response to out requirements over many years. They enable us to scale our resources based on the demand at a specific time. They give us an ongoing path into the future. We have developed a very close working relationship that augers well for our development in the future.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management is controlled by our head of programming and he works with Seguro staff providing scope and schedule. We have found in areas of conversion from Windows client to web it was most beneficial for us to retain the business logic in-house and go out to Seguro for all interface requirements

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're responsive and agile with a desire to create a long term relationship. Reasonable rates and high quality output

Are there any areas for improvement?

Happy with current arrangement which I believe is a result of us maintaining the business logic as this limits our requirements re initial scoping and specification of the project. This enables us to break the overall task down into very manageable units
