Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a Social Media Marketer for an online advertising company and apparently was the project manager in this project. At Tawaad we advertise products online for retailers in Africa.

We were looking forward to developing a user-centric e-commerce platform on a budget. We hired Segue Interactive to design and develop us a mobile and Web platform where customers can easily access the products we advertise online

We held an initial meeting discovery meetings to clear out the requirements. After a few days they delivered a System Design Document and some Wireframes. After 5 weeks the team delivered the project

There was a project manager that was communicating progress to us. There were 2 developers working on the mobile and Web App.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have just launched and are in our marketing phase but the feedback from our users and the app store retention metrics indicate the short-term success of the e-commerce platform

We had daily update meetings with the project manager and weekly demos till completion. We used slack and emails to communicate with the dev team

We didn't encounter any major issues during development but I recommend having all requirements clear before commencing development with them.
