Our Project was designed to create engagements with customers in the real world and connect them with organisational physical resource teams who can best understand the customers' needs and serve them while ensuring that there is compliance, data privacy and continuous learning for serving customers better. 

The product also has integrated AI tools, including chat and voice, to serve customers using multiple channels and make appropriate recommendations.

The commitment, dedication and passion to deliver a great product was the key to ensuring that teams were pushed beyond, which resulted in us building a great product.

The measurable goals were where the outcomes of reviews for our MVP were outstanding.

The ability to respond to design changes within a short period was exceptionally great.

The version management with internal DevOps teams were very well aligned.

This dynamic requires careful coordination and strategic compromises between teams, a process effectively managed by the project manager and product manager to ensure seamless integration and alignment of objectives.
