We wanted to develop a DAP based application for client engagement. Which would enable us to draw suggestions through surveys and feedback over our customer experience.

We came across them through a reference from one of my colleague who had done a personal project with them

This involved four major deliverables, two on architecture level and the others on application level. We wanted to have this over a distributed architecture over etherum contract, while it stays distributed we also wanted all the responses to be stored over a nosql database so that we could run ML over the data collected through surveys to identify patterns that will best suit our interest with customers.
Other features were able to run personalized surveys to client while they interact with the app and offering reminders to our clients over their policy expiry

Initially i discussed the complete requirement with Kishan from Sales team. He completely understood my requirement and introduced to me with his product manager Shivam. They developed my product on React and Node and the project was completed in 6 months time

I think 4 members were there in development team. 2 were from backend team and 2 from front end team Along with them there was product manager
