I needed a website for both my online boutique and ministry.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Scayver Graphix built a WordPress website with WooCommerce from scratch. They created the site so that I could manage it on my own; it breaks down everything.

Also, they did the flyers, posters, and everything else for my branding and provided SEO services and mobile application development. The app is currently available on iOS, and customers can shop directly and see the new arrivals. They can also create an account to access their purchases, returns, or store credit.

The team took care of everything, including content writing for the website. However, I had my say in the branding colors, font, and logo design. Additionally, they converted my logo into PNG format to use it on t-shirts and banners.

For the SEO services, we initially had a Zoom call where they audited the website to see how things were going. They provided a report on what wasn’t working for me. We also worked together to research the keywords, but they later took charge of everything. They used to send a report on how it was going.

How did you come to work with Scavyer Graphix?

A friend referred them a while back. Then, I followed them on social media, saw their work, and decided to do my first website with them. We later worked on another website for my consulting business, and finally worked on the online boutique site.

How much have you invested with them?

For the online boutique website and mobile app, I spent about $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership began in 2018 when they did my first website. Our engagement ended in August 2021, after completing the mobile application and web development for the online boutique site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With the SEO, the traffic and sales significantly increased. In the first month, I got about 300 subscribers, and I currently have a total of about 2,000 subscribers.

How did Scavyer Graphix perform from a project management standpoint?

They were amazing. For the project, I had a link to submit work orders. I had to log in from there, and they’d give me a detailed breakdown of the entire project. Also, they did a monthly report of the website. Whenever they did any maintenance work, all the reports were uploaded there. Sometimes I login to see what's new or put a work order.

In terms of communication, we used email, phone calls, and Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They stood out for their excellent communication skills, availability, and willingness to assist customers with any issues. For example, there was a time when my WooCommerce app didn’t work for a couple of hours. I sent them an urgent email, and they resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes. In that sense, their response times were quick.

Moreover, they respected my decisions and were patient with me because sometimes I can be a demanding customer.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There wasn’t anything to improve. Scayver Graphix was able to fulfill everything I needed, and they delivered the website exactly as I expected it.

Any advice for potential customers?

Always submit everything they request on the customer's portal. If there’s something you don't understand, just send an email so they can assist. This will enable them to deliver exactly what you expect.
