Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I originally engaged the agency for ongoing SEO and related website/digital marketing support for my veterinary practice. Over time, the scope included local SEO strategy, website-related updates, Google Ads setup/management, tracking/tag-related access, monthly reporting, and general oversight of parts of our WordPress website and connected marketing infrastructure. Key deliverables were supposed to include: * ongoing SEO work and reporting, * website support and updates, * Google Ads-related setup/management, * management of tracking and related account access, * and general stewardship of the digital assets tied to the marketing relationship. The problem is that the engagement ultimately involved access to core business systems without clear boundaries or clean return of control. During the relationship, my website was hacked, and after termination I had serious difficulty regaining direct control of important business assets, including Google Ads and related tracking/tag infrastructure. So while the original scope was SEO and website support, the practical reality was that the agency also had meaningful access to core digital accounts and website administration tied to my business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I cannot identify meaningful measurable outcomes that demonstrate success. Whatever routine SEO work may have been performed was outweighed by the fact that my website was hacked, I had to work directly with my hosting provider to clean it up myself, and I was left without direct control of important business accounts after termination. The end result was disruption, lost time, and an unresolved account-control problem rather than measurable business progress. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was extremely poor. Communication was slow, incomplete, and often nonexistent when it mattered most. I repeatedly had to chase responses, restate the same issues, set deadlines, and escalate concerns just to get partial answers. Even then, the responses were often vague, inconsistent, or did not actually address the problem. They did not deliver critical items on time. When urgent issues arose, including a hacked website, loss of control over important business accounts, and post-termination transfer of digital assets, they did not act with the urgency, transparency, or accountability that any business owner should expect. Deadlines were missed, follow-up was unreliable, and I was left doing much of the cleanup and recovery work myself. What stands out most is not simply poor communication, but a complete lack of responsible stewardship once serious problems emerged. I was left for weeks trying to recover control of my own business assets while getting little more than delay, deflection, and incomplete explanations. Based on my experience, their project management was chaotic, unresponsive, and wholly unfit for handling business-critical website and account access issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To be candid, I did not find Savior impressive. My positive experience was with Kogneta before the acquisition. By contrast, my experience with Savior was marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and serious problems with website and account control.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Savior Marketing could have done differently?

Yes. They should have done a far better job managing access, documenting ownership of digital assets, communicating during urgent incidents, cleaning up my website after it was hacked through their agency access, and returning control of all assets promptly at termination. They also should have taken inherited legacy access and website security much more seriously. In my experience, the problems were not isolated mistakes — they reflected poor stewardship, weak controls, and a lack of accountability when it mattered most. The CEO, Monet, should take accountability and return Google Ads and my other business assets to my control.
