Since the solution was built by non-medical developers using medical staff feedback, some modules weren't connected, their names weren't modifiable, and we faced some practical difficulties.

Our project included setting up AI modules! We did automated attendance tracking with facial recognition, smart timetable scheduling for better class timings and personalized student performance analysis to find strengths and areas to improve. We also automated admin tasks like digitizing student records, managing fees, and generating report cards. This cut down on a lot of manual work. Plus, the system improved communication by giving parents real-time updates on attendance, grades, and school activities. There’s even a special portal for easy interaction between teachers, parents, and students. In the end, they delivered a fully functional ERP system with AI tools, automated processes, improved communication, and much less manual work. This makes our school management more organised, clear, and focused on students!

Even though we had a great experience, there are a few areas for improvement. like the initial training sessions could have been a bit more detailed. This would really help staff who are less familiar with tech. These small changes would make an already great service even better!
