Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We have approached SanctumCloud with an idea for a mobile app for iOS and Android, along with basic wireframes and high-level requirements. The system consists of a parent application that controls a child application installed on the kid's device, and SanctumCloud has been responsible for building the app from scratch. We have completed the initial design ourselves and provided it to them, but SanctumCloud has been our sole R&D source for the project. Since that initial design, many changes have been made, so we have been relying on their expertise.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SanctumCloud designed and implemented a Gen AI application to help universities intelligently manage admission-related FAQs and student-parent interactions. The platform leverages LLMs (Large Language Models) fine-tuned with university-specific datasets, integrated through LangChain orchestration and supported by a vector database (Pinecone/Weaviate) for contextual retrieval.

The system architecture is built with a React.js + Next.js frontend, a Node.js/NestJS backend, and deployed on AWS (EKS, Lambda, and S3). For performance and scalability, the team implemented Kubernetes orchestration, Redis caching, and AWS CloudFront CDN to ensure low-latency responses even under heavy traffic. Data ingestion pipelines support CSV, PDF, and DOCX parsing, while secure integration with university ERP/CRM systems is achieved via RESTful and GraphQL APIs. An admin dashboard with analytics powered by ElasticSearch & Kibana provides institutions with actionable insights.

SanctumCloud delivered a technically advanced AI platform that is highly scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance. Their use of MLOps pipelines ensured automated retraining and monitoring of LLM models, while CI/CD on AWS CodePipeline allowed rapid deployments. The caching layer with Redis + AWS ElastiCache significantly improved query response times, enabling sub-second performance for frequently accessed data. The team’s proactive approach to observability (Prometheus + Grafana monitoring), combined with structured Agile delivery using Jira and GitHub Actions, ensured the project was delivered with enterprise-grade reliability.
