I’m a business analyst at Codex IT Solution. We provide annual maintenance support services to all types of organizations, servicing websites, apps, digital marketing solutions, and more.

What challenge were you trying to address with Samy Designer?

We’ve been working with Samy Designer for the past three years to outsource our web design and development and digital marketing services. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve designed websites for over 50 clients of ours so far, working both from scratch and existing code depending on our client’s needs. We ask our clients for a business requirement document and then we process the scope of work and quotation and define the timeline for the project. Once we come to an agreement, we proceed.

WordPress, Magento, PHP, Laravel, make up the bulk of the technologies they work with. Besides web design, Samy Designer also handles development, maintenance services, and Facebook and Google Ads management.

Samy Designer also provides SEO, searching for high search volume keywords, conducting on-page and off-page optimization, and creating classified posts and blogs. 

What is the team composition?

Their team has over 25 employees, and we also work with a project manager.

We connected with Samy Designer through Facebook and discussed each other’s business. I like both how he supports his clients and the way they work, so I decided to go with them.

We have spent $8,000 on them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them for three years, since around July 2019.

Samy Designer's team is very supportive. Their way of communicating and handling their clients are very good. They provide value for their time and they meet deadlines. Feedback from our own clients is really good as well; they’re all happy.

How did Samy Designer perform from a project management standpoint?

Samy Designer's resources are really good in this regard. They’re doing very well. I connect with them via Skype, Zoom, email, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive aspects of their work are their flexible payment process and the time they take to deliver their work. They usually deliver before deadlines.

No, not really.
