We wanted to develop a new mobile app for salespeople integrated with our ERP software. Our goal was to have a user-friendly platform to place orders from remote users with speed in finding products, speed in placing the order, speed in checking unpaid bills and speed in transferring orders to the headquarters.

We chose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills and costs estimate.

We had a first meeting to discuss our goals. We provided their team with a first draft of the SRS which was later completed in collaboration with the project manager assigned to us. in the SRS we also immediately specified the software to be used for development such as Ionic, Angular, MongoDB etc.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact throughout the project. The team was composed by a Sr. Ionic Developer, a Sr. Node.Js Developer, a Sr. Angular Developer and a Sr. Designer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
At the time of writing this review we have not yet installed the application to our customers but we have been able to gather appreciation from our developers about the clear and well-commented drafting of the source code.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. We had both Skype calls and chat.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The project manager after reading our SRS immediately asked us the right questions. The team released the first version of the application in a short time.

In our case I would say no, everything went as planned.

Mainly for their ability to work with Django REST framework and modern front-end frameworks.

Scram web development. We worked on 3 dev sprints that each were tested and evaluated with live users. Our main goal was to rebuild our front-end framework and to change our monolithic Django architecture into Restful, with modern web methods for scale.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
2 developers working on Front-end, Back-end, another dedicated developer for design and layouts (CSS, HTML), and a dedicated project manager to coordinate all activities. Besides that, I was always in touch with my It Consultant & Contractor, Jack Sadhu, that made sure all processes are going smoothly.

Students loved the new improvements and we could now integrate additional microservices to serve our learners.
