Create a Customer Web/Mobile Portal. It needed to be updated in eal time with information of the Customer's transactions and payments. It had to be Responsive in design, either as a web app or mobile app.

Deliverables: the whole app and documentation of the project and main decissions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Deployments. Real time operations were a must. Number of users in the Portal.

They were efficient and autonomous. Delivery was as expected for a project this big, with no big delays and/or quality compromises. I highly appreciated the autonomy and seniority of the team to understand business needs.

As I stated before, maturity, autonomy and understanding of the Stakeholders needs and requirements.
