Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The latest MS PowerPoint production and presentation was urgently required with MP3 and MP4 file interation. It was required to run sequentially over a sufficient period of time to encapsulate the moving content and text for dedicated guests within an audience setting.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every person within my target audience confirmed unequivically that the presentation content was spot on point, as well as very prescriptive, procise and emotive.

First and foremost Saint-IT were very good listeners who took down many notes as to my requirements before ever making any comments, recommendations or judement. Without doubt this proved they were excellent analyists in understanding my needs, because their final solution was exactly what I required. They were always reassuring that deadlines can and will be met. 
It soon became clear that they were both professional and dedicated in providing a personal service irrespective of company size or value of project. Not only did they deliver as promised but, Maarten the director of Saint -IT provided reassurance throughout the project that, "they were there for us". Further that resource's were in place to be able to meet our schedule of requirements and should we need further guidence "post deliver" and prior to the presentation, then resource would be made available. 
Saint-IT are a very professional and capable company. In fact it's fair to say they were a breath of fresh air, especially when people need and/or hope they can find professional dedication at very competitive costs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Saint IT Ltd could have done differently?

Saint IT Ltd. is very professional, driven by passion, and always striving to improve their last project. It is not afraid to ask for feedback on how well its clients have been treated or if a client has further ideas, concerns, or tips on how it can improve.

In my particular case I have struggled to enable any suggestions for improvement because they are so good at what they produce. Further, when a company is not afraid to ask their clients, "were you completely satisfied? and/or is their thing's we could have done better for you?" then to me. it's a sign of constant self disciplin, self inspection and desire in striving to always be the best they can.
