I’m a content creator for Change Your Mind 360, an advertising and marketing company. We inspire and motivate younger generations.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Saiiddesigns to accomplish for Change Your Mind?

We hired Saiiddesigns for content strategy, merchandise design, Facebook advertising, and ebook writing.

Can you describe the scope of work Saiiddesigns handled for this project?

Saiiddesigns handled everything from social media content strategy (when to post and what to post, including videos). They created a website for us and some merchandise designs related to our niche. They later ran some ads on Instagram to drive traffic to the website. Lastly, they helped us write an extensive ebook related to our niche.Regarding the website, Saiiddesigns designed and developed the full site. It was hosted on Fourthwall because it aligned with what we were doing at the time.

We worked with an unknown number of teammates from Saiiddesigns.

How did you come to work with Saiiddesigns?

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

We worked together from September 2025–January 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw an increase in social media content engagement, ebook downloads, and merchandise sales. We got a few sales from Instagram ads. Our videos went up from 100 views to 1,000+ views as Saiiddesigns continued to help us post. We also got five ebook downloads.Regarding the Instagram ads, the cost per sale stood out. It was surprising to see that an ad with less than $10 had a 4% conversion rate.

How did Saiiddesigns perform from a project management standpoint?

Saiiddesigns delivered everything on time and with care. We communicated via virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail was impressive. They consistently checked with us and asked many questions as they went. The quality of their work was also impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for Saiiddesigns to improve.
